Prince George County Public Schools' Spring Fling returned on Saturday, March 8, 2025, showcasing the artistic abilities of hundreds of PGCPS students across elementary and secondary grade levels during the well-attended, day-long event.

During the event, entering its 24th year of displaying the incredible talents of local students in grades Pre-K-12 to the community, a diverse selection of visual and performing arts pieces were on display, drawing a steady stream of visitors to Prince George High School's commons area, auditorium, and gymnasium.
This year's event saw over 1,700 students participate in at least one arts discipline during the Spring Fling.

Along with being an annual event that displays students' artistic skills, donations and contributions through ticket sales to the event help the fine arts educators in Prince George County to provide a graduating Prince George senior with a scholarship. The Spring Fling Arts Scholarship positively impacts students' lives beyond the classroom and into their careers. Candidates are those who have been actively involved in their fine arts discipline while in school and intend to pursue this discipline in college study.

As the sun sets on another successful Spring Fling arts showcase, 2026 will mark a special milestone for the event - 25 Years of featuring the talents of local students! We hope you will join us next year for what promises to be an exceptional event that has become a tradition for Prince George County Public Schools and our fine arts community. We thank our students, teachers, parents, volunteers, and countless others for dedicating their time and talents to this event every year!
